Create a Group Registrant
Registry
This document provides instructions to create registry for a group by a Program Manager. Assuming that the Program Manager received the group data via offline mode.
Prerequisites
The user must have Program Manager role.
The user must have access to the Registry module in OpenG2P systems.
Procedure
Registry screen is displayed.
Click the Groups menu in the menu bar.
Groups screen is displayed.
Click the Create button.
Groups/New screen is displayed.
The fields and their descriptions are given below:
Field | Description |

Enter name of group | Enter the group name. It is a mandatory field. |
Incorporate the individual photo. | |
Tags | Select the appropriate tag from the drop-down. |
Registration Date | Auto-populates the current date |
Mode of Payment | Select the appropriate mode of payment from the drop-down. The available options are:

Kind | Select the appropriate Kind from the drop-down. |
Click the Members tab.
The fields and descriptions are given below:
Click the Add a line.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Member Name | Select the member name in the drop-down. Note: The drop-down displays only the individual name created using the individual menu in the menu bar. |
Date of Birth | Auto-populates the date of birth |
Sex | Auto-populates the sex |
Role | Select the configured Role value in the drop-down |
Start Date | Auto-populates the current date and time |
End Date | Select the end date from the calendar |
Status | Auto-populates the status |
Delete | Click the delete icon to remove the entry |
Click the Save button.
Click the Discard button to exit the screen.
This completes the creation of registry for a group by the Program Manger.
