For programs distributing physical goods or services, PBMS uses Proof of Delivery mechanisms to reconcile disbursements. OpenG2P provides an Agency mobile application that enables agents to record delivery evidence directly in the field. The app supports biometric verification of beneficiaries, captures geolocation data, logs audit trails, and allows agents to take photographs of beneficiaries. All evidence is uploaded into the G2P Bridge, providing a complete record of fulfilment and ensuring accountability in physical disbursement programs.
