# Service Provider Portal

## Introduction

OpenG2P provides a reference implementation for a Service Provider Portal that can be used by the service providers to submit reimbursements for their services. The service provider can log in, search for the beneficiary, and scan and fill in beneficiary details. After serving the beneficiary, the service provider uses the portal to apply for reimbursement.

The portal allows a service provider to perform the following functions:

* View a list of beneficiary
* Fill in the details scanned from the entitlement voucher
* Upload supporting documents
* Apply for reimbursement
* Track reimbursement status

The beneficiary shows the entitlement voucher to the service provider, who scans the voucher for the authenticity of the voucher, beneficiary details, entitlement amount, validity time of entitlement, and supporting documents using the [SmartScanner App](/1.1/guides/user-guides/install-smartscanner-app.md). To learn the steps for submitting reimbursement using the Service Provider Portal, click [here](/1.1/guides/user-guides/submit-reimbursement-using-the-service-provider-portal.md).

## Reimbursing Service Provider

After serving the beneficiary, the service provider will raise a reimbursement request. These requests are listed in the [reimbursement programs](/1.1/eligibility-and-enrolment/payment-types.md). Program administrators can view these requests, validate them, and issue the payment to the service providers.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.openg2p.org/1.1/eligibility-and-enrolment/payment-types/voucher.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
