Observability and Operational control

The registry exposes metrics and dashboards for monitoring registry health, event ingestion backlog, change requests pending approval, and deduplication risk scores. Administrators can view the status of ingestion pipelines, the history of change events, and audit trails of evidence verification. The platform includes configurable retry policies and dead-letter queues so that failed ingestion or processing jobs can be reviewed and retried safely without losing visibility of failure modes.
