# Send Notifications to Individual Registrants

## Description

This guide will assist the user in informing the registrants and beneficiaries about the status of their application at various stages.

## Pre-requisites

The user should have a Program Administrator role.

The beneficiary's notification preference should be selected.

The notification configurations need to be completed. See the guide, [Create Notification Manager Types.](https://docs.openg2p.org/1.2/user-guides/platform-guides/eligibility-and-program-enrollment/program/create-manager-type/create-notification-manager-types)

## Steps

1. Navigate to *Programs* using the menu bar.

2. Click on the desired program name.

3. Click on *Notify Registrants*.

4. Notifications will be sent to the beneficiaries.
